Billing questions
How do I pay for Cuppaflow?
By debit or credit card through Stripe, monthly or yearly. You get a VAT invoice by email every time you're charged, and you can download them from Billing.
When is my card charged?
Only when your 14-day free trial ends. You add your card at the start, nothing is taken during the trial, and if you cancel before it ends you pay nothing.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, any time from Billing. Upgrades apply straight away and you only pay the difference for the rest of the month.
What does Stripe charge for card payments from my customers?
Customer payments go into your own Stripe account at Stripe's standard rates. Cuppaflow adds nothing on top.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown without VAT. VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
How do I cancel?
From Billing, click Manage card, invoices and plan, then cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and your data is kept for 90 days.
