Terms of service.

Before launch, add the legal name, registered number and address of the company that runs Cuppaflow, and have these terms reviewed by a solicitor.

1. The service

Cuppaflow is online software for managing enquiries, customers, quotes, jobs, invoices and payments. These terms apply between Cuppaflow and the business that creates an account ("you").

2. Free trial and plans

New accounts get a 14-day free trial. To start it you choose a plan and add a debit or credit card, which is held securely by Stripe. Nothing is charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan starts automatically and your card is charged. Accounts with an unpaid subscription are paused until payment is made. Prices are shown on our pricing page and exclude VAT. Monthly plans renew each month and yearly plans each year until cancelled.

3. Payment

Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe. If a payment fails we will retry and tell you. If payment is not made, your account may become read-only until it is.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We keep your data for 90 days after that, then delete it.

5. Your data and your customers

You own your data. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store your customers' details and to contact them, including consent for marketing messages. Our Data Processing Agreement forms part of these terms.

6. Brevo and Stripe

Emails and texts are sent through your own Brevo account, and card payments are taken through your own Stripe account. Your use of those services is under their terms. Message and card fees are charged by them, not us.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use Cuppaflow to send spam, break the law, or try to access other businesses' data or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. Availability

We work to keep Cuppaflow available and back it up daily, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes by email. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
